We provide free, compassionate conversations through a safe, friendly space, offering daily emotional support to elderly individuals, reducing loneliness and helping them feel genuinely connected, heard, and supported.
Hi, I am Lidiia, founder and executive director of OpenHeartCall Inc.This project comes from a very personal place. I understand what loneliness feels like—when no one calls you, no one asks how you are, and there’s no one to talk to. I started this because I know what it feels like to be alone. It can be quiet, heavy, and overwhelming.
That experience is what drives me to help others. No one should feel forgotten or alone, especially when a simple conversation can make such a difference. Through this service, I want to offer something meaningful—a real conversation, a human connection, and the feeling that someone truly cares. This is more than a service for me. It’s a way to make sure that everyone has someone who will call, who will listen, and who will care. You can always reach out to me by email, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.I believe that even the smallest connection can bring comfort and hope into someone’s day. Sometimes, just hearing a kind voice can remind you that you matter and that you are not alone.
OpenHeartCall Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Our mission is to improve the emotional well-being of elderly individuals by reducing loneliness and social isolation through free companionship, supportive communication, and community-based outreach programs that promote connection, dignity, and quality of life.

Powerful Belief
At OpenHeartCall Inc., we believe that no elderly person should feel forgotten, unheard, or alone. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free, compassionate conversation support for seniors experiencing loneliness, isolation, or a lack of regular social connection. Our mission is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: meaningful human connection should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, circumstance, or background.
Create a safe and welcoming space
Through friendly and consistent phone conversations, we create a safe and welcoming space where older adults can talk openly, share their thoughts and stories, and feel genuinely heard. We understand that sometimes a simple conversation can brighten someone’s entire day, provide emotional comfort, and remind a person that they matter.
We are especially committed to supporting elderly individuals who may not have family, friends, or a reliable support system to turn to. Many seniors face daily challenges alone, without someone to check in on them, listen to them, or simply be there for them. Our goal is to provide not only conversation, but also compassion, companionship, and a sense of human connection for those who need it most.
Authentic Human Interaction
OpenHeartCall Inc. is not a clinical service, a scripted hotline, or a call center. We value authentic human interaction and real conversations built on empathy, kindness, patience, and respect. Every call is centered on connection, companionship, and emotional support.
Our goal is to help reduce feelings of loneliness among seniors while building a stronger, more caring community where older individuals feel valued, connected, and supported. We believe that compassion can make a meaningful difference in everyday life, and that even small moments of connection can bring comfort, hope, and joy.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to making sure every senior knows that someone is willing to listen, someone cares, and no one has to feel alone.
